mkdir - automatically create parent directory

megatools mkdir currently will fail to create a directory if its parent
directory does not exist. Any plans to add an option
to automatically create the parent directory with mkdir?
I noticed that it should've been implemented years ago according to this
old issue: https://github.com/megous/megatools/issues/174
But I can't find anything in the help file about it.
