So, I just found megatools and I think it's brilliant!  I'm using windows,
and I put the megatools-1.10.2-win64 directory in my path, but I noticed
that mega.ini must be in my current directory for it to be recognized.
Windows has a home environment variable called HOMEPATH, and it would be
really nice if megatools looked for mega.ini using the HOMEPATH environment
variable on windows. Is there a setting I'm missing on windows that will
properly location the mega.ini file?
