1.11.x is stable. It's just mildly incompatible from 1.10
due to change from mega<cmd> to megatools <cmd> CLI interface.

I should probably drop 1.10* from the server to encourage
move to 1.11. But it's really up to distros to choose what
they want to package. I'm clear on the website that 1.10 is outdated.
